Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoria to decide the Execution Case No.865 of 2020 (Poonam Chaurasiya Vs. Ramu Chaurasiya) arising out of Maintenance Case No.88 of 2020 (Old Case No. 178 of 2019) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending before him, expeditiously within a short stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant is wife of the opposite party no.2 and appellant has moved an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and the court below vide order dated 14.8.2020 awarded interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/per month in favour of the appellant but no single money has been paid to the appellant, thereafter, appellant moved an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. for recovery of interim maintenance on 14.10.2020, but till date, no single penny has been paid to the appellant.

Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
