Kapil and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0136 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 452, 323, 504 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, DistrictGhaziabad, pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/ F.T.C.1 (Crimes Against Women), Ghaziabad.
