In respect of merit of the matter, it has been submitted by learned counsel for applicants that both the parties entered into compromise on dated 22.09.2025 and the same has already been preferred before learned court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), FTC-1, Agra and the same is still pending to be verified by same court.

Considering the submissions extended by learned counsel for applicants, learned court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), FTC-1, Agra is directed to verify the aforesaid compromise within four weeks from today in presence of both the parties and report the same so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of the verification report.

Registrar (Compliance), Allahabad High Court, is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), FTC-1, Agra within 24 hours and after seeking verification report the same may be placed in record.
