In respect of merit of the matter, it has been submitted by learned counsel for applicants that both the parties entered into compromise on dated 26.9.2025 and the same has already been preferred before learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffar Nagar and the same is still pending to be verified by same court.

Considering the submissions extended by learned counsel for applicants, learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffar Nagar is directed to verify the aforesaid compromise within four weeks from today in presence of both the parties and report the same so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of the verification report.
