Heard Mr. Anuj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, (who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party No.2, which is taken on record) learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

Issue notice to opposite party No.2 returnable at an early date.

This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Computerized Registration/Case No.56115 of 2025 (State of U.P. Vs. Vikas etc.,), and the Chargesheet No.568 of 2025 dated 23.08.2025 as well as cognizance order dated 20.09.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, arising out of Case Crime No. 758 of 2025 under Sections 85 and 115(2) BNS, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad.

Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the parties have entered into compromise, copy of which is annexed at page No. 60 onwards to the affidavit in support of present 528 of BNSS application. It is argued that as such the present proceedings be quashed.

Looking to the facts of the case, it is provided that the applicants shall file the said compromise within a period of three weeks from
