The application has been filed challenging the chargesheet dated 10.11.2025 as well as the summoning order dated 15.11.2025 passed in Criminal Case No. 26839 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 393 of 2025 under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Bhadokhar, District Raebareli.

The documents on record reveals that based upon the statement of co accused the applicant was chargesheeted.

The challenging of the said statement cannot be considered while exercising the power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

No good ground for interference is made out.
