Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In respect of merit of the matter, it has been submitted by learned counsel for applicants that both the parties entered into compromise on dated 25.6.2025 and the same has already been preferred before learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Agra and the same is still pending to be verified by same court.

Considering the submissions extended by learned counsel for applicants, learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Agra is directed to verify the aforesaid compromise within four weeks from today in presence of both the parties and report the same so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of the verification report.

Registrar (Compliance), Allahabad High Court, is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Agra within next three working days and after seeking verification report the same may be placed in record.

List in week commencing 13.4.2026.

Interim order, granted earlier to continue till the next date of listing.
