1 . Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and Sri Amjad Siddiqui, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2. The Vakalatnama is taken on record.
2 . Both the parties admitted that the matter has been compromised and affidavit on that behalf has been given by the opposite party no.2 also.
3 . As the parties are compromise and are staying happily, the entire proceedings of Case No.73065 of 2025 arising out of FIR No.506 of 2024, Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow are quashed.
4 . The application is allowed in the above terms.
