1. Heard learned counsel for parties.

1. This present application has been filed for seeking quashing of Non-Bailable Warrant dated 30.5.2026 passed in Case no. 1488 of 2009 arising out of Case Crime no. 470 of 2008 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, PS- Civil Lines, District Etawah.

1. On perusal of the narration of FIR as well as impugned order and chargesheet, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. No such ground appears to be available in the present application, on the basis of which, impugned order, can be set aside.

1. Accordingly, the prayer sought through the instant application, is refused.

1. Lastly, learned counsel for applicant has submitted that liberty may be granted to applicant to surrender before the court concerned in pursuance to NBW order to which learned AGA has no objection.
