Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Ashok Kumar Garg, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings in Case No.51113 of 2021 (State of U.P. Vs. Bhajan Lal and others) as well as chargesheet no.606 of 2019 dated 5.12.2019 and cognizance order dated 24.9.2021 arising out of Case Crime No.0746 of 2019, under Sections 504, 452, 323, 304 I.P.C., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in view of the compromise entered between the parties on 18.8.2025.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite party no.2 have amicably settled their dispute out of court and entered into a compromise. Compromise deed entered into between the parties has been annexed as Annexure-SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicants, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 does not dispute the correctness of the facts.

Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order and photocopy of the compromise deed on the next date fixed. It is therefore expected that the trial court may fix a date for the verification of the parties; compromise entered into between the parties and pass an appropriate order to that effect within next four weeks.
