- The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the charge order dated 12-12-2025, as well as the entire proceedings of Sessions Case No. 2009 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 66 of 2024, under Sections 323/34, 307/34, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Rajawali, District Firozabad.
