Learned counsel for the applicant and the opposite party no. 2 fairly submits that in terms of the earlier order of this Court parties have appeared before the court concerned and got the compromise verified but the same is not on record. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks and is granted one week's time to bring on record the certified copy of the order verifying the compromise dated 25.5.2025 by way of supplementary affidavit.

Put up this matter on 27.1.2026 , as fresh, before the appropriate Bench.
