Heard Sri Gopal Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. fort the State are present.

Earlier the learned A.G.A. was directed to check veracity and genuineness of the birth certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth and Death), Community Health Centre, Ratanpura, District Mau, on 21.11.2023.

Today, compliance report has been produced by the learned A.G.A. and based on compliance report, it is submitted that the aforesaid birth certificate is a forged document.
