Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed to allow this application and quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.15197 of 2025, (State Versus Rajkumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 617 of 2024, under sections 498 A, 323, I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District-Badaun, in charge sheet No. 122 of 2025, pending in the court of CJM, Badaun.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants consent to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad for the amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. The applicant No.1 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of Allahabad High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (AHCMCC) within a period of three weeks from today. Out of total amount, Rs. 20,000/- shall be payable to the opposite party no. 2 as legal expenses on her appearance before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre and remaining Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre with the direction that same may be tried to be resolved after giving notices to both the parties. The Mediation Centre will submit its report within three months in the matter.
