Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties had settled their dispute arising out of the offence punishable under Sections 452, 352, 323, 504 IPC (Case Crime No. 197-A of 2013, Police Station Dakshin Tola, District Mau) on the basis of a compromise dated 19.12.2025, the certified copy whereof was on record as Annexure No. 11. The Court directed both parties to appear before the court concerned within six weeks for verification of the compromise, and the court concerned to verify the same, and directed the applicants to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the compromise and the verification proceedings.
