The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred to quash the impugned entire proceedings as well as charge sheet dated 11.02.2025 and summoning order (date not mention) passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal in Case No. 2608 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0006 of 2025 (State Vs. Mohit and Others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 of I.P.C, and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police StationMahila Thana, District-Sambhal.

Learned A.G.A. for the State prays for and is granted two weeks time to seek instructions regarding the date of order taking cognizance passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal at Chandausi.
