Heard Ms. Hiba Irfan, Advocate holding brief of Shri Vikas Sharma, the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar, the learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to allow the applicant to submit personal bonds and two sureties in one case which should be sufficient in all seven cases in which the applicant has been granted bail, details of which are as follows:

(i) Case Crime No.298 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station- Sawayajpur, District Hardoi.

(ii) Case Crime No.381 of 2025, under Section 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Kachauna, District- Hardoi.

(iii) Case Crime No.388 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Harpalpur, District- Hardoi.

(iv) Case Crime No.13 of 2026, under Section 2025, under Section 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Lonar, District- Hardoi.

(v) Case Crime No.17 of 2026, under Section 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sawayajpur, District- Hardoi.

(vi) Case Crime No.25 of 2026, under Section 2025, under Section 303(2), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sawayajpur, District- Hardoi.

(vii) Case Crime No.32 of 2026, under Section 3(5), 109(1), 317(2) of BNS and Section 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Harpalpur, DistrictHardoi.

All the aforesaid cases are of similar nature and the applicant has been granted bail in all the cases by separate orders passed by the trial Court ordering his release on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish separate sets of two sureties each for his release on bail in all the cases and, therefore, in spite of having been ordered to be released on bail, the applicant is still languishing in jail.

In Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh; 2018 SCC OnLine SC 3946 , in similar circumstances, the Hon'ble Supreme Court had ordered release of the applicant on furnishing a personal bond which shall hold good for all the cases in which he was ordered to be released on bail and to furnish two sureties who shall execute bonds, which shall hold good in all the cases in which the applicant was granted bail. The Hon'ble Supreme Court clarified that a personal bond and two sureties shall hold good in all the cases in which the applicant has been enlarged on bail.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad (Supra), the petition is disposed off by directing that the applicant shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of the like amount in one case which shall hold good for all the aforesaid cases and the applicant shall be released on bail.
