Short counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for the State respondents.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant and opposite party no. 2 have entered into compromise and the same is annexed at page nos. 112 to 113 of the memo of application. It is, thus, submitted that a direction be issued to the office to send the compromise to the learned trial court for its verification.

On the other hand, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 as well as learned AGA have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

In view of the above, the office is directed to send the compromise annexed at page nos. 112 to 113 of the memo of application to the concerned Trial Court for its verification.

The applicant and opposite party no. 2 are directed to appear before the trial Court within four weeks from today alongwith a copy of this order.

Learned trial Court concerned shall verify the compromise and submit a report to this Court within two weeks thereafter.
