Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

Instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (now Section 528 B.N.S.S.) has been filed with prayer for setting aside the SummoningCognizance Order dt. 23.09.2025 passed by the Learned Court of Special Judge SC/ST Act Unnao and Chargesheet dt. 22.08.2025 in Case Crime No. 0274 of 2025, thereby quashing the entire proceedings in Sessions Case No. 1539 of 2025 (State Vs Chand Bibi & Ors) arising out of the Case Crime No. 0274 of 2025 U/S 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 308(5) BNS & Section 3(2)(v) SC ST Act registered at Police Station Safipur District Unnao, pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Unnao.

After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the applicants is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the applicants shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicants within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the applicants surrender before the Court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously as possible.
