Heard learned counsel for applicant; learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record.

Present 482 Cr.P.C./ 528 B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 07.01.2026 passed by Additional District & Session Judge Court No. 3, Meerut in in Criminal Revision No. 648 of 2025 (Manav Samaj Sewa Sansthan and Another Vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as summoning order dated 03.10.2019 passed by Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut in Complaint No. 4478 of 2019 (M/S. Mittal Tractors Vs. Manav Samaj Sewa Sansthan and others), under section 138 N.I. Act. Police Station-Brahmpuri, District- Meerut.

On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant has not pressed the relief as sought by means of this application on merit and prayed for issuance of appropriate direction to the concerned Courts below to decide the bail application of the applicant expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in allowing the aforesaid prayer of the applicant.

Accordingly the relief as sought by the applicant through this application is refused.

Considering the aforesaid alternative prayer of the applicant, it is directed that applicant shall surrender before the concerned Court below
