Mr. Kamal Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicantappellant, who was wife in the marriage dissolved on judgment dated 29th November, 2025 of the Family Court. He submits, his client is aggrieved. The appeal was presented on reported delay of 14 days. Application has been made for condonation. On caveat lodged service of appeal papers was made. He serves copy of the application in Court, to Mr. Prajyot Rai, learned advocate appearing for respondent.

On query Mr. Rai confirms service. The caveat is discharged.

Perused the application for condonation of delay. Mr. Rai in fairness does not oppose it. Considering the delay is of 14 days beyond 30 days prescribed time in Family Court's Act, 1984 and in appreciation of fair stand taken, we condone the delay. The appeal is admitted. Regular number be allotted. The application is disposed of.

Formal notice of appeal is dispensed with. Appellant to provide English translation of impugned judgment, on adjourned date. The lower Court record be called for.

Mr. Singh prays for interim stay of impugned judgment. Mr. Rai opposes. Considering the appeal has been admitted there shall be stay of
