Besides the instant revision, an application for condonation of delay has also been filed by the revisionist. However, the affidavit annexed thereto has been sworn by one Avadhesh, who is stated to be a family friend of the revisionist. Moreover, the said affidavit appears to pertain to an application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the revisionist is directed to clarify as to how and under what authority the said family friend has sworn the affidavit in the present revision, and further, how an affidavit filed in an anticipatory bail application is applicable to the application seeking condonation of delay.
