Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA for the State respondent and perused the record.

The instant criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the learned Principal Judge - First, Family Court, Bahraich in Maintenance Case No.544/11/2025, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bahraich. By the impugned judement and order, learned trial court granted Rs.7,000/- and Rs.2,000/- interim monthly maintenance to the respondents no.2 and 3, who are wife and minor daughter.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the revisionist is a Collection Amin and the amount of maintenance awarded is not commensurate with the monthly emoluments of the revisionist
