Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.

The present criminal revision has been filed challenging the order dated 2.2.2026, passed by the learned Special Judge, DAA/Additional Sessions Judge, court No.3, Auraiya in Session Case No. 961 of 2024 (Santosh Kumar Vs. Anil Kumar and others), whereby the complaint of the revisionist has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the marriage of the revisionist was solemnized on 30.10.2017 alongwith daughter of opposite party no.2, Anil Kumar. The opposite party nos. 3 and 4 are also their family member. He has further submitted that the alleged incident took place on 15.5.2025 at 2.00 pm. The present complaint has been filed on 27.5.2025. There is no injury report has been filed in support of said complaint.

Learned counsel for the revisionist has further submitted that the opposite parties have tried to fire on him which was missed and no injury was caused to him. Learned counsel for the revisionist has further submitted that there are various cases filed against him by the opposite parties and her family members. The case under Section 498A IPC, Section 125 Cr.P.C and Domestic Violence Act are also pending against the complainant/revisionist.

Learned trial court has passed a detail speaking and reasoned order and

specifically find that all are interested witnesses and they are not corroborated with each other. They are contradictory to each other. There is no supportive evidence. Learned trial court has also held that there are certain family dispute which are pending between the husband and wife. The complainant, who is the husband has tried to make false case and want to register complaint against the inlaws. There has been no substance find by the learned trial court.

The order passed by the learned trial court appears to be a reasoned and speaking order, hence there is no illegality or irregularity in the said order. The criminal revision has no force and is thus liable to be dismissed.

The criminal revision is dismissed.
