Since the hearing of present writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that petitioner (s) shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 97 of 2026, arising out of impugned FIR dated 09.03.2026 till the next date fixed.
