Heard Mr. Ashish Kumar, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned AGA representing State-respondents 1 and 2.

Perused the record.

Petitioners, Rihan Uddin & another have approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 15.12.2025 lodged by first informant respondent 3-Varsha Chaudhary and registered as Case Crime No. 801 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 352, 351(2) BNS (corresponding Sections 420, 504, 506 IPC), Police Station Sikandra, District Agra.

On the matter being taken up, the learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that since pleadings raised in the present writ petition are incomplete and insufficient, therefore, the hearing of present writ petition be adjourned.

On the next date, the learned counsel for petitioners shall file a supplementary affidavit clearly stating the amount credited in the bank account of petitioners by first informant respondent 3. The amount re-paid by petitioners to first informant respondent 3 by banking mode and further clearly state the liability standing against petitioners.

Put up again as fresh on 17.04.2026 before appropriate Bench.

Matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
