Petitioner Sonu Chauhan and another have approached this court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the FIR dated 12.02.2026 lodged by first informant/respondent 4 Ashok Chauhan and registered as Case Crime No. 0053 of 2026, under Sections 87, 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Ghosi, District Mau.

On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. representing State respondents submits that he has not received instructions in the matter.

In view of above, the hearing of this writ petition is adjourned.

Since the hearing of this writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0053 of 2026, under Sections 87, 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Ghosi, District Mau till the next date fixed.
