Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner on being aggrieved by order dated 19.01.2026 passed by respondent no. 2- Commissioner Meerut, Region Meerut in Case No. 2445 of 2025 (Computer Case No. C202511000002445) and order dated 11.09.2025 passed by respondent no. 3 in Case No. 81 of 2025 (State Vs. Sumit Sharma), under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Control of Goonda Act, 1970 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'), P.S.- Indirapuram, DistrictGhaziabad, whereby the respondent no. 2 has dismissed the appeal under Section 6 of the Act without considering the ground.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Goonda Act has been invoked by respondent no. 3 presiding officer/Additional Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Ghaziabad under Section 3 of the Act on the basis of two cases and one beat report. He submits that one of the case of murder has been reported by the accused applicant himself wherein he has been made accused. He submits that the trial is continuing and in none of the cases he has been convicted. Hence, he seeks interference of this Court.
