Learned AGA shall seek instructions in the matter which shall be to the effect that the Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad shall ascertain whether the Company known as Om Furnitures of which Toofan Singh, son of the Late Sardar Singh is the proprietor exists at plot no. C5 Shop No. 1, Loni, SLF VED Vihar, Loni, Banthla, Ghaziabad or is non-existent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner says that the GST officials made their inspection but the petitioner was away leading them to conclude that there is no firm at site existing or functional.

The said fact shall be caused to be ascertained and disclosed on instructions by the Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad.
