After some arguments, the learned counsel representing first informant respondent 3, Mr. S.K. Dubey fairly submits that the hearing of this writ petition be adjourned in order to enable him to obtain specific instructions in the matter as this Court is inclined to decide the present writ petition at the admission stage.
