"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned first information report dated 05.02.2025 which has been registered as Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Section 87 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.), Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities not arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 05.02.2025 which has been registered as Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Section 87 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.), Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to take legal necessary action against the respondent No.4 for not interferes in peaceful live-inrelationship of the petitioners.
(iv) Issue any suitable order or direction mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to provide the police protection to petitioners against the respondent No.4 and other family members."
