Heard Mr. Manish Singh, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned A.G.A. for State-respondents.

Perused the record.

On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. submits that after completion of statutory investigation of concerned case crime number, charge sheet/police report in terms of Section 193 BNS has already been submitted. As such, the present writ petition has now been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that he wants to challenge aforementioned police report in present writ petition.

In view of above, let the matter come up again as fresh on 28.01.2026.
