1. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:-

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 16.04.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0108 of 2026, under Sections 2(7), 2(8), 2(9), 2(14), 2(15), 2(31), 2(38), 318(1), 318(4), 335, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 60, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 Police Station Hari Parwat, District Agra.

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance to the impugned first information report dated 16.04.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0108 of 2026, under Sections 2(7), 2(8), 2(9), 2(14), 2(15), 2(31), 2(38), 318(1), 318(4), 335, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 60, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 Police Station Hari Parwat, District Agra."
