2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
AGA are present.

3. Although it has been clarified by the petitioner that
in all the eight cases which were the basis of issuing
notice dated 9.1.2025 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control
of Gundas Act by the Presiding Officer, Special Court/
Additional Police Commissioner, Commissionerate, Gautam
Budh Nagar and passing the impugned order by the Police
Commissioner, Commissionerate, Gautam Budh Nagar, the
petitioner has been granted bail and the trial is going
on but the Court is curious to know as to whether some
witnesses have been examined in the aforesaid cases and
if so whether they supported the prosecution version or
turned hostile resiling from their statements given to
the police during investigation.

4. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed
to clarify the aforesaid query on the next date fixed in
the matter.
