Shri Akhilesh Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner No.2 to 7 while the final report has been filed against the petitioner No.1 only. The petitioners do not wish to press the writ petition. The petitioner Nos.2 to 7 seek leave to assail the charge sheet under the appropriate provisions of the BNSS.

The relief sought for quashing of the F.I.R. is accordingly declined.

The writ petition is dismissed with the observation that it is always open to the petitioners No.2 to 7 to avail their remedy under the BNSS.
