After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy under the BNSS, 2023, to which there is no objection from the other side.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
