Instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 26/27.02.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, POCSO Act/ Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.12, Sultanpur in Special Trial No.1609 of 2025 (State vs. Sahil) arising out of case crime no.16/2022, under section 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3 / 4 POCSO Act, police station – Kamrauli, District Amethi whereby the appellant has been convicted under sections 366, 376 IPC and he has been acquitted of the charge under sections 363 IPC and Section 3/ 4 POCSO Act. He has been sentenced for five years' rigorous imprisonment along with fine of Rs.5,000/- with default stipulation under section 366 IPC and also sentenced for 10 years' rigorous imprisonment along with fine of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation under section 376 IPC.
