This criminal appeal under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant Santosh Saini , with the prayer to allow the appeal and quash the rejection order dated 03.05.2024 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Moradabad in Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1560 of 2024, Special Session Trial No. 602 of 2023 (State Vs. Tejpal Saini and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 1107/2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 352 IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad and with a further prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant along with stay the effect and operation of the said order in the aforesaid case.
