1. Learned A.G.A. placed a report before this Court submitted by the InCharge Inspector, Police Station Kotwali, District Banda. The same is kept on record.

1. As per aforesaid report, appellant Ashok Panjabi has died in the year 2021. The said report is supported with the statements of Smt. Anita Oberoi, wife of the appellant, Amit Kumar Gulati and Councillor of ward no.15. Photostat copy of the death certificate is also annexed along with the report.
