Heard learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Amrit Raj, learned AGA for the State - Respondent.

The accused-appellant has been convicted and sentenced vide judgment and order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Additional District and Session/Special Judge (S.C. S.T. Act), Lalitpur in Special Session Trial No. 82 of 2017 (State Versus Harprasad) arising out of Case Crime No. 292 of 2015, Under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)X of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Madawra, District-Lalitpur. Maximum sentence awarded to the appellant is two years' imprisonment and total fine of Rs.7,000/- with default clause.

As per office report, notice on the respondent/informant has been duly served, but none has appeared to oppose the prayer for bail.
