The instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judement and order dated 02.04.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2 , Ambedkar Nagar in S.T. No. 1000127 of 2014 arising of Case Crime No. 6 of 2014 whereby the appellant has been convicted under Sections 308,324,504,506 IPC and maximum sentence of 7 years and fine has been awarded to him.
