Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. on the correction application whereby the following prayer has been made:-

"Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased allow the application and further be pleased to correct/modify in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 07.4.2026 passed on memo of appeal by writing "Respondent No.2" at the place of "Respondent No.42" and further be pleased to modify the order said dated by fixing earliest date if possible in the Second Week of the May 2026 in the interest of justice."

The prayer corresponds to the record, therefore, it is directed that in page 2 of the order dated 7/4/2026, in paragraph 2 of the order of the Memo of Appeal 'respondent no. 42' will be read as "respondent no. 2."

The order dated 7/4/2026 stands corrected and modified accordingly.

The application for correction is allowed.
