Learned counsel for the applicant has filed an application seeking impleadment of Dr. Bijendra Singh, Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya as respondent no. 2 (which is taken on record) as the respondent has not taken over the charge of the post till date and in his place, the earlier Vice Chancellor whose tenure had expired, has again been given the charge of the Vice Chancellor of the University as service extension.
Cause shown in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the instant application is sufficient.
The impleadment application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Dr. Bijendra Singh, Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya as respondent no. 2 in the array of respondent in the memo of the contempt application during the course of the day.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent no. 2 to explain as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for alleged willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 02.12.2025 passed in Writ A No. 13907 of 2025.
