At the very outset, Sri Samar Bahadur Harijan, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present contempt application wherein allegation of non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2025 passed in HMA Petition No. 529 of 2024 be withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum as permissible and available under law.
