The present contempt application has been preferred against the alleged non compliance of the judgment and order dated 14.11.2025 whereby the writ Court has directed the District Magistrate, Raebareli to decide the representation of the applicant within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is served.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file the same at the appropriate stage for the reason that six months' period as provided by the writ Court has yet not been completed as the copy of the judgment and order has been served upon the respondent on 29.11.2025.
In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court at the appropriate stage.
Office is directed to return the original copy of the relevant documents, if any, to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining photocopy of the same.
