Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the order has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous, but there is some dispute for which liberty may be granted to the applicants to challenge the same by filing a writ petition.

In view of above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
