Learned Standing counsel on the basis of instructions received has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order passed in the writ petition, the representation of the applicant has been decided by passing an order dated 22.11.2025, the copy of which has been provided during the course of argument, which is taken on record and the photocopy of the same has been provided to learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length, has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous, but there is some dispute for which liberty may be granted to the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.

In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

Notice, if any, stands discharged.

It is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law, if she is still aggrieved.
