Learned counsel for the respondent on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that the judgment and order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondent by passing order dated 03.10.2025. Copy of which has been provided to this Court during the course of argument, which is taken on record. Photocopy of the same has also been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

As prayed, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
