Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that inadvertently, certain facts and documents are left to be mentioned/enclosed along with the present bail cancellation application which are necessary for its proper adjudication and prays for withdrawal of the same as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.

In view of above, the present bail cancellation application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
