Sri Vimal Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned AGA for the State are present.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is husband of the deceased and postmortem report of the deceased suggests that his wife committed suicide by hanging but he could not properly explain suicidal death of his wife in the instant bail application. He prays for and is granted a week’s time to file supplementary affidavit explaining the abnormal death of the deceased.
